On Handling of Personal Information in Applications over the Web

1． Proper protection of personal information and manager


The Company has appointed following person as personal information protection manager, and take protection measures for proper and safe management of personal information of customers, and prevention of leak, loss or damage of personal information.

2． Purpose of use of personal information


Personal information of customers will be used for provision of materials, services and products, and guidance on events, etc. at the Company within the scope of proper business execution.
Whether or not a customer provides own personal information to the Company is based on the customer’s judgment, however, if a customer fails to provide personal information to the Company, please understand in advance that the Company may not be able to provide proper services, etc.


3． Provision of personal information to a third party


Personal information of customers will not be provided to a third party without the consent of the customer in advance other than in the following cases:
（1） Where such provision is required under the laws and regulations;
（2） Where such provision is necessary for protection of the life, body or property of a person, and obtaining the consent of the subject of the information is difficult;
（3） Where such provision is especially necessary for the improvement of public health or promotion of sound development of children, and obtaining the consent of the subject of the information is difficult;
（4） Where it is necessary to cooperate in the execution of administrative affairs as provided in the laws and regulations by a government agency, or a local public body, or a party delegated thereby, and there is a possibility of creating a disruption to the execution of the relevant affairs by obtaining the consent of the subject of the information;
（5） Where individual personal information will be aggregated or analyzed for the purpose of provision of statistical information, and then the statistical data will be disclosed by processing the data in a form by which identification or distinguishing of individuals is impossible.


4． Outsourcing business of handling personal information


The Company may outsource all or part of the business of handling personal information including sensitive information.

5． Response to requests by customers for suspension of use or deletion, etc.


お客様は、弊社に対してご自身の個人情報の開示等（利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止または消去、第三者への提供の停止）又は第三者提供記録の開示等に関して、当社問合わせ窓口に申し出ることができます。
In such instance, the Company will handle the request within a reasonable period upon identification of the customer.
